For trades, field service & owner-run businesses

AI Automation for Small and Medium Businesses

Not a platform you have to learn. We look at how your business actually runs — quoting, job paperwork, invoicing, chasing payment — and automate the parts eating your week. Free 30-minute review, and you keep the written analysis.

  • Free, and genuinely no obligation — there's nothing to buy on the call
  • You keep the written analysis whether or not you ever work with us
  • 30 minutes, on the phone or on a video call, whenever suits you
Step 1 of 2 · takes about a minute

Book your free review

We'll come back to you within one business day to find a time.

We'll only use this to contact you about the review. No list, no newsletter, no sharing it with anyone. How we handle your details.

Step 2 of 2 · optional

Want us to turn up prepared?

You're already booked — this part is optional. But if you answer it, we'll do the homework before the call instead of spending your 30 minutes asking basics.

You're booked in.

We'll email you within one business day to find a time that works. If it's urgent, reply to that email and say so — we'll move.

Thanks. Genuinely — we learn something from every one of these.

Straight answer

Why is it free? What's the catch?

Fair question, and here's the honest answer rather than a marketing one.

We're a small consulting practice building a service for businesses like yours — capturing what happens on the job and getting it into your accounting system without anybody re-typing it. Before we build any more of it, we want to understand what actually hurts, from people who actually run these businesses. That's what we get out of the call.

What you get is a real analysis, in writing, of where your money is sitting and what the delay costs you — done by people who've spent careers doing this for very large companies. You keep it. If we think we can help, we'll tell you how and what it would cost. If we don't think we can, we'll tell you that too, and probably point you at whoever can.

What we will not do: put you on a mailing list, pass your details to anyone, or call you every fortnight for a year. One conversation, one analysis, and then it's your move.

How it works

Three steps, about a week

1 · A 30-minute conversation

You walk us through how a job actually runs — from the phone ringing to the money landing. We ask a lot of questions. There is nothing to buy and no demo to sit through.

2 · We do the arithmetic

We work out roughly how much cash is tied up in work you've done but not billed, what the delay is costing you over a year, and where it's leaking. If you can send us a couple of recent job records that helps — but it's not required.

3 · You get a one-page analysis

In writing, with the numbers and the two or three things we'd fix first. Yours to keep, use, or ignore.

Honestly

Who this is and isn't for

Worth your time if…

  • You run three or more trucks or crews
  • Your books are in QuickBooks, Xero or similar
  • Paperwork comes back from the field late, thin, or on paper
  • You've wondered which jobs actually make money and couldn't answer it
  • You're the owner — or you can speak for them

Probably not, if…

  • It's just you and a van — the maths doesn't work at that size yet
  • Your invoices already go out the same day and reconcile cleanly
  • You're looking for someone to run your bookkeeping
  • You want a piece of software to buy — that's not what this is

If you're not sure, book it anyway. Worst case we spend half an hour and tell you you're fine, which is a decent thing to find out.

Who you'd be talking to

We've done this at companies a thousand times your size

We are a small consulting practice based in Texas and Colorado. Between us we've spent about thirty years inside the finance and operating systems of large global corporations — including some of the largest finance transformations in the technology industry, and production AI that replaced manual invoice entry across procurement and accounts payable.

Your problem is the same problem those companies have: work happens somewhere, and the money follows too slowly. The difference is they can afford to throw a department at it. This practice exists to do the same job at a size that makes sense for a business with a handful of trucks.

You'll speak to a principal, not a salesperson — and we'll introduce ourselves properly on the call.

Find out what the gap is costing you

Thirty minutes, no charge, no obligation, and you keep the analysis.
