Short version: we collect what you type into the form, we use it to contact you about the review you asked for, we don't sell it or share it, and you can tell us to delete it at any time and we will.
This site is operated by an independent consulting practice based in Texas and Colorado, United States. To reach us about anything on this page — including having your details deleted — use the form on the main page and write "privacy request" in the headache box. It comes to the same place and we read every one.
Only two things:
One measurement tag. Because we're paying for the ads that brought you here, we run Google's advertising tag on this page so we can tell which ads led to a real enquiry. It sets a Google cookie and, if you submit the form, it tells Google that an enquiry happened — a count, not your name, email or anything else you typed. We have not switched on Google's "enhanced conversions" feature, which would have sent your email address to Google in hashed form. Nothing else you enter here ever reaches Google.
We run no other analytics, no third-party advertising pixels, and we set no cookies of our own on this page.
Into a private database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure in the United States, readable only by the principals of this practice. It is not shared with, sold to, or rented to anybody — no partners, no data brokers, no advertisers, no lead-generation services.
If we later bring in a colleague to help with your specific engagement, we'll tell you who and why before we do it.
Two years from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we're working together, in which case normal business records apply. After that it's deleted.
Send us a note through the form — write "privacy request" and what you want — and we'll do any of the following within 30 days, free, and without asking why:
If you're a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act may give you these rights formally. We'd rather just honour them for everyone regardless of where you are.
This is a service for businesses. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 18.
If we change how any of this works we'll update this page and change the date at the top. We won't start doing something new with details we already hold without asking you first.
One more thing worth saying plainly. We're asking for your details so we can have a useful conversation with you — not to build a list. If the conversation doesn't lead anywhere, you won't hear from us again unless you get in touch.
